1. Appointment Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Dental Procedures

Refunds for dental procedures are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the results of a treatment, please contact us to discuss potential solutions or adjustments.

3. Product Returns

Dental hygiene products purchased at our clinic may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
